The switch out arm most likely includes the whole shoulder and plugs into where the red of her costume starts. It's brilliant, as like I said, it completely changes the way you can display her.

This is the kind of thing Sideshow needs to be doing more often.

I was the first to say I'm not crazy about this piece but that switch up arm gives this PF a whole different feel/attitude. Like she's pointing at someone and saying...yes, you are going to die.

IDK, they have quite recent pics of Elektra with the totally different arm right on Daredevil's page, and he only went up a few weeks ago (April 12th to be exact).

Seeing the switch out arm with the her pointing the sai in the direction she's looking leads me to believe they may actually do and forward facing portrait like I was suspecting. So smart if that's what they have planned. You could have her looking over her shoulder and pointing or doing that intimidating walk forward with her sais out to either side. Would almost be like getting 2 statues in one.
