Yes but i guess this is just a new policy where you pay for return shipping and original shipping cost to you is deducted. Not too long ago all money was refunded even if some of it remains as store credit if paid by Paypal....i guess its their way of cutting down on buyer abuse who just send things back just because...i am OK with this new policy though...even if Walmart target and other major retailers in the US are still very good with returns

You still get your shipping back for damages and you don't have to pay return shipping.
You only get deducted shipping and pay return shipping if the return is due to customer choice not damage.

I guess for the price tag the paint apps seem fine. She does look a little bit blown up though in the sense that it is a smaller piece that has just been upsized. On display she seems fine. This is just based off those images though.

Oh i see good to know....when i opened up a return claim for defects it says original and return shipping costs to be deducted if i choose to refund....so i went with an exchange...

The eyes on both portraits i think are the biggest problem you will have....on mine both heads had wonky eyes
The orb has a very cool effect if you shine a light on it

Looks good to me. I think $500 - $600 should be the price though. Basic paint apps.

There is shading on the face and body and base items but yeah you are right its pretty basic paint apps....but paint is nice and clean...
