I really am looking forward to a artist rendering of Ein And Ed.

I figure they could go all in do to the physical size of this edition

Got my new Spike in, both he and the base are much better. There was still a bit of rubbing in his back but his shoes and arm are all clean. No scratches on the base.

Well at least it's an improvement Friendlysamurai, though I think that with the money we pay for statues they should be in near mint condition.

thanks guys, I think the problem is probably due to the flat style paint and lack of texture. All the little imperfections show up more. Looking at some of my other flat painted pieces, they have similar marks to Spike #2- SS Gwen Stacy, Princess Bride etc. Probably not any way to fix it if you want a statue in this style. 2nd piece was much better though so I’m happy.

I dinged the base putting this statue in the base

This common, or did I just get carried away and get unlucky ?

It covers up.. just kinda bummed me out on my first statue.

On the flipside I did get Steve Blums autograph on the base so it mine forever.

I dont see the ding but the signature is awesome! Not uncommon really- just have to be really careful and patient. I dropped an accessory piece for a new statue last night while trying to install it. Hooked on something while I was moving toward the hole, bounced off the shelf and hit the floor- I got real lucky it didnt break.

I’m still crossing my fingers they do a DE for Ed/Ein which includes a diorama base for all 4

If you mean the peg putting a small scratch near the peg hole yeah it happens a lot. If the foot covers nbd.

Not sure, if this is the proper space to do this complaint, but I am aware that if I do this on F4F's Facebook group, I will be banned.

I am having the following issue with F4F's Spike Spiegel, I received a notification informing that my statue was going to be shipped on the August 20th, and in this email was provided to me the shipping label.

But passed two weeks, the shipment didn't move and I decided on the September 5th to contact F4F's CS, and since then, all that I receive from the CS is that they are tracking the statue, and this is kind annoying because it's been almost two months and I don't see any kind of resolution to this issue.

Does anyone had already this is kind of problem with F4F? I've been a client of them since 2015, I've always had a great relationship with the company, but this is the first time that I am feeling that I am going to have a serious issue.
