Overstock??? Over production because last time Vader so much people swept away. 
Repackaging is easy rerelease. Not like the upcoming Unleashed series which requires resculpt, repaint.

It is a variant Vader. The paint is like a chrome redish. I picked it up yesterday, my Bestbuy had about twenty of them.

if they made all of the unleashed figures in this packaging, i would buy them all!!!  knowing hasbro, I think they'll be repacking all the unleashed figures before their license expires which is about the year 2018
