With only 2000 being made, Dejah Thoris will be gone faster then you can say the word Kidnapped.

Ordered. Interesting that there was already an estimated shipping cost.

The prototype looks awesome, I'm just concerned the factory won't be able to come close to duplicating the paint application on her face.
Although with 2000 es hopefully will be able to see it in hand before a sellout.

Good eye design there with the right eye being covered by hair....that way you have insurrance for the wonky eyes thats for sure to come.

As long as Sideshow replaces portraits with wonky eyes, I have no problems at all. This already got me two spare heads, because I did not have to destroy the faulty ones.

Same. This is one I'm waiting for production pics before ordering.

I don't worry about it too much. If it's disappointing in hand it's very easy to do a return with SS.
I'd rather receive it and judge the final product myself.

The only problem with doing that is you're counting on Sideshow agreeing with you that whatever issue the statue has is bad enough that they'll pay for return shipping. Otherwise, you're either on the hook for shipping or have to keep a statue you're not happy with.
This isn't a must-have statue for my collection, but I do really like it. I can wait for the production piece pics. If it sells out before then (which I doubt) then I'll look for it on the aftermarket or just not get it.

That hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve returned 3-4 statues, stating that I’m not happy with the final product and I’ve received a full refund each time, shipping included.
