Thats what I have been doing. I would call Anuj @ Koto every other week to get an update. Then all of a sudden I cant get thru to him... I just need a new Thor and a Captain america shield - both have cracked paint. I Hope Gonk can come thru for me. He has already emailed me and request pictures, which I have sent. I realize this is not a quick process but having both of these statues sitting in their boxes does me no good because I wont display inferior products in my glass cabinet.
