Pre-order is the way to go, but if you're really patient, Black Friday is the best time to get these. They usually go for $10 at that time, at least they have the past couple of years.

Apocalypse Now: Full Disclosure Edition-$18.50 @ Amazon
This is a steal for this movie, it's about 70% off! It's got both versions of the film, as well as the Hearts of Darkness documentary about the making of the film, if you don't have this and are a fan definitely take advantage now.
