I quite like the SFV character models, but I agree with you about SFiV though. As far as the big hands and feet thing, that has always been a trademark Street Fighter art style for some time anyways.

I wouldn't say that. Many of the PCS pieces follow suit with the big hands+feet and I feel they look amazing.

I think its in an underground tunnel network located just beneath Akihabara. Its run by a secret society of otakus and closely guarded by an army of cafe maids- and Tommy Lee Jones.
Its what I like to think.
