Yep. That's what he looked like in the 50s-early 60s? before the Fantastic Four premiered. He's been updated and is a member of the current Guardians of the Galaxy.
Doesnt help that Shang Chi hasnt been relevant for the past 30 years and Groot is currently in one of Marvel's more popular and best books. |
Wasn't he in the hero for hire book recently.

same feeling from everyone waiting for something. Been waiting on that Annihilus all phase.
I like the idea of a Groot MB but not sure if the price will make me still want it.

I am now reading issue #70 from TOD Omnibus Volume 2.
I read volume 1 and 2 back to back over the past few weeks. Holy cow. What a ride!

I am waiting for a Beta Ray Bill fs sculpted sneak, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying other things, or being happy for others that are seeing characters they like just as mich as the ones I like.
I really doubt Randy would make a Groot mb in the gotg uniform without plans for the rest of the gotg in matching outfits. I'd be willing to bet it's going to be another multi-pack situation, as there are not many people that would get a Groot just for the Groots sake...all those customers WANT the new Guardians!

Yeah, I'm wondering about the X-23 FS, and the Ms Marvel/Warbird MBs. And VALKYRIE!
