I don't get how a cool feature that eventually broke is worse than never having the feature at all. And shouldn't LEDs last a crazy long time?

I've brought this up before. The consensus seems to be the ULTRA crappy wiring/parts they use are the problem.

I think they should had made the lightning glow in the dark over LED. What a waste of an effect as you can?t have it on all the time.

Is the statue also impressive in person or just the size?

I had zero interest in this piece on the SS site, but seeing it in Sideshow and nearmint’s vids has SO changed my mind.

I found it really impressive. I mean, if you don't like the concept/lightning bolt, there's no getting around that. But if the idea isn't an issue for you, I personally think the execution is great.

At SDCC...
Another top 5 piece! This will be a show stealer in any collection. Wow! They did a nice job with the lightning effect being uniform in brightness and not that LED look. Wins that chicken dinner.

Was never that much of DKR fan. So I'm skipping this 1/4 version.

Not only that, but I think the circuit is not exactly designed right. An LED can still blow out if the current is too much. It's a simple circuit, but still has to be correct in order for the LED to last.
