Only concern I'd have is if the top would start to lean. Far as I can tell it's only supported by the left.

Very unique and well done piece. Honestly looks better than how the scene was done in the film.

Rather large ES on this, 550. Hopefully that means the price is lower. I am still 50/50 on it, so that may affect my decision.

My biggest concern would be damage during shipping. I couldnt even begin to work out how Weta will deal with that.

No doubt they will find a solution. Beautiful piece however a masterful creation.

I would be placing it into a display case as well. Imagine trying to keep that protected from dust ect.

It's beautiful.
But Japanese yen's depreciation against the $US makes this about 30% more expensive for me than this time last year.
That's too much to bear, so a pass from me.
