The B/C-level thing is whole other thing. I'd put Beast Boy, Raven, and Cyborg down in the C-tier. Some of the other suggestions like Mary Marvel? Way way lower than that. So when C-tier is a "maybe" that should really open some eyes. Let's at least start with someone like Nightwing.

I wouldn't assume Deathstroke is popular enough to put out a classic and modern and still sell adequately. Regardless of how insistent the same 6 people here are.

There is already at least one Deathstroke out there for every scale, though. You don't see people demanding a Breyfogle Batman, a Grell Green Arrow, or a Balent Catwoman in nearly the same way. Choose any dated costume. Other fans tend to be happy they got a version at all.

You do see it with Cockrum X-Men because it's the same people stuck in the same time period.

I do think that Tweeterhead could do a Batman line based on various artists interpretation of the character. Similar to the Batman Black and White lube only larger with more detail. I do not know if it would work with other character though.

I genuinely think getting back into the Teen Titans would kill the 2.0 momentum, especially if you go with the classic looks.

TH should be able to continue the Teen Titans using the 2.0 version of sculpts. Only Donna and Robin are in the 1.0 style poses. Starfire is in a flying pose. IMO, the 2.0 momentum can be prolonged with the Teen Titans.
