This gives me the perfect excuse to justify the Witch King statue. They both have pretty big bases and I think they'd display well next to one another.

Holy hell that Balrog base is huge. I feel like the smaller base fits the pose and attitude of the statue better. He looks like he's using the Balrog to surf on.

Gandalf looks amazing but the base is far too large. It's out of control. It takes the focus away from the main statue which is Gandalf.

I am glad P1 also offers a smaller and simpler base. Hope it is an option and not just an accessory that come with that monstrous base.

It is a lot for sure. It looks great in concept, but I'm not sure I'll get the big one. The big base for the Witch King was an easy buy, due to that being a legit scene ripped straight from the movie. This is more an overall telling of the Mines of Moria finale while also knowing Gandalf eventually arises victorious. Great looking piece, doesnt necessarily make sense with the other pieces. So I'm leaning towards the smaller base which seems to be Orthanc in Isengard.

Completely missed the smaller base. Thanks all for pointing it out. Now I’m really interested, but will have to see price. Any chance it’s under 1K?
