The likeness looks fine, but I'm not sure I'm sold on the pose.

Looks good but I would prefer 1/4 scale.

Seems it will cost ~ 3000 USD.

Likeness is a little off as well.

The likeness is okay. Why are they not using their InArt Aragorn proto headsculpt.

It might just be a bad photo angle, but the pose looks way too feminine and needs to be changed. Creepy tilted head, puffing the chest out and suns out buns out

Yikes....the good news is IS's 1/2 scale Aragorn is still available for 2900 USD and it looks a lot better than this.

If that?s true, they didn?t learn anything from their non existent sales of Hulk. Even though I have a few of their products, I think QS is one of the worst statue companies out there to be honest. Inart will be fine, but I hope they branch off to be their own company. QS is just going to drag them down.

The more I look at the photos, the less convinced I am about the likeness. In fact, it looks terrible.

I'm not surprised by the price, with the steady rises we've been seeing, it was always a matter of "when", not "if", a detailed 1/3 will hit (and breach) the $3K ceiling.....now we're here.

While I'm not surprised, this is where I will tap out. $3K for a figure that sits on a shelf and does nothing else (....what else should it do? ) - is, for me, ridiculous - especially, when I personally, consider what I could use $3K for.

Ironically, this pricing evolution has caused me to strongly consider the other price points as well, as it's not just 1/3 that have increased in price - everything has. From war gaming miniatures, to 1/6 action figures, to statues and everything inbetween......everything has gotten ridiculous now.

I don't "hate" Queen Studios - they're as tone deaf as every other company in the industry (maybe excluding Sideshow ) - at least when it comes to pricing. But, when coupled with their atrocious delivery record, unacceptable wait times, now - relatively poor likenesses, and hiked pricing (by the way, this will be around $4K to buy in Europe - maybe more) - this is definitely a company I will steer clear of.

The price on this one is like free advertising for IS. Hell, I'm tempted to buy one since they've improved the sculpt.

Is 3k official price, or just some blogger prediction?
Never see this piece in stores.
