Thanks for your support, guys.
I've checked the hole in the rotating base, turns out there was nothing there blocking it.
It's just that the metal rod does not go in there completely. Either the rod is not straight where it can't go in the hole, or the hole is not aligned properly.

If it's shipping from P1 now, that means it's on a boat to Sideshow. Which means it'll arrive at Sideshow in about 3 months. At that point it will ship to you.
