His eyes actually line up fine, what you're seeing is an optical effect because of the brow line being up on one side and down on the other creating shadow.
I attached a piciture with a line drawn between the eyes using photoshop to illustrate.

I can eye ball it from the image I just posted, they're even. Most sculptures are done in Zbrush these days. When you do eyes, you do them with a mirrored tool. However, if you look at his nose, it's slightly crooked to the left (his right), but this is done to simulate actual facial features because most people's noses don't sit even on the face, which might also be throwing you off.

If you draw on your line a perpendicular line through a point equidistant from both eyes, the perpendicular line does not pass over the middle of the chin. There are only two possible reasons: the eyes are not properly aligned, or his face is completely crooked.

And it doesn't help that Peter's eyelids look droopy on the statue. His eyelids shouldn't be showing here. With his eyelids showing like it is on the statue, it gives Peter this look like he is high on something.
Peter's eyelids are not droopy in the art print. In the art print you don't see his eyelids.

Absolutely love how this piece looks! Mostly likely will be 1/5 scale though so I'll probably have to pass.

Pete's smiling in Campbell's drawing. He's smirking on the statue. In the context of embracing a woman (or anyone really) that smirk looks ill-intentioned. Maybe that's just me.
