Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I think I'm gonna pass on this and the dog alien. I already own the warrior life size bust and even though these look great I don't like the way they sit on a stand. One of the things that make my bust so fantastic, IMO, is the way sideshow added the shoulders and such.
But I will most likely be purchasing the newborn when it's available.

I took this as meaning we will see the dog alien released over here, but the way it is worded suggests that the blue version of the Warrior might be on the cards also..

"Hi, it's Mika from CoolProps!
Today, I have a great news for all the Alien fans in the world!

As many of you already know, we produced Alien products for Japan for the Alien Day last month, and we were working on the Pre-orders through Sideshow for overseas, so many of you wanted them to be available outside of Japan (No question about it!).

Finally, it is almost confirmed, that our products will be available for overseas through Sideshow soon.

Please stay tuned with us and hopefully we can announce the pre-orders very soon!

Thanks for your support always !!!!"

Sideshow now have the blue and brown versions available, they are more expensive than suggested unfortunately, but they do look nice. The blue one was listed at the same price as the brown ($1199.99) But was then raised to make it $100 more expensive than the brown version.

Brown (accurate to the actual props)

Blue (to match the bluer filtered look of the movie)

At this price, I'm going to wait and hope they nail the look of the big chap. He'll probably be the only one I get (perhaps the dog if I can manage) but I like both colours of this tbh. I think I'd probably go for prop accuracy (brown) Although they do look nice in blue..

Way over priced(Warrior) and easy pass. I'm happy with the bust.

I thought something was off. My girlfriend says that the overall shape of the alien head looks like a d*ldo. If it had a neck and part of a torso, it would lose that effect. I hope they add a torso and neck to a big chap alien life-size head.

I love these things. I have the original sideshow one, and love these just as much. they are positioned on a stand like the 1/2 scale that Giger did some years ago. Just want the dog alien and warrior now. and then I don't need anything else. No lips. No surprise.

Sexual elements are not "off" at all, the Warrior was essentially a dome-less version of Gigers big chap, and that is just how he roles.

El, this guy doesn't have lips, only the dog ventured into such territory. And I agree, these are way more expensive than I'd hoped, the blue version is even more than the P2!
