LEGO Indiana Jones

C'mon... you know you wanna talk about how cool it is.

Played it for a little more than two hours last night and got about halfway through Raiders. Loving every minute of it, but I've realized that I need to give the manual a quick perusal tonight. I know I'm missing a lot of little details that would make gameplay easier.

Im slowly getting upset about the game sites like IGN, Gamespot and the like. It seems that if theres any question about the game, they leave the review until AFTER the release of the game, much like Iron Man, where no review was available until the following Monday.

Ive got DBZ, Ninja Gaiden, Lego Indy and Hulk on pre-order, thats a huge list for me, but although Indy has gotten a couple of positive reviews, and ninja gaiden has some today too, DBZ has already been despatched to me and I dont even know if its a good game beyond the great stuff Ive seen and read.

Just seems really strange that this seems to be happening more often than not.

On topic, Im really looking forward to this, the vids have come across as very fun - I havent played any of the previous Lego games, but heard they are a riot.

It's got it's good points and its bad points. The screen tearing is abysmal, but the fix for it just makes the entire game look awful. You spend a lot of the first level falling off stuff because it's hard to line up some of the jumps. It's a lot harder than the LEGO Star Wars games; there's a lot more instances of standing around going, "OK, what the Hell do I have to do now?"

On the up side, if you liked LEGO Star Wars and are an Indiana Jones fan, you're bound to like this one. The typical LEGO humor is there, and the levels hit all the high points of the Indy trilogy. Plus, the game's just a whole lot of fun.

I just got into Lego Star Wars and am having a blast with it. I'll definitely pick up the Indy game eventually.

And Colossal, my buddy worked on the Hulk game!

i got my game yesterday and i love it! i just wish they could have included kingdom of the crystal skull! i just finished raiders and the first level on temple of doom! this game has taken what we all loved about lego star wars and set the bar higher and given us a whole lot more! my favourite level so far is "on the trail of the ark" the last part of that level is fantastic!
