really? and here I thought the looking down was a poor decision, same with the upcoming Akuma concept. when you're just a head looking down isn't the most appealing angle in my opinion

Will be interesting to see what the color of his skull will be, normal bone or the eerie luminescent Green/Yellow of the figures.
Also will his eye sockets just be dark or will he have Red eyes ?
This bust has a lot of potential.

unless that shelf is about a foot below eye level a tilted up head would just look silly in any display known to man
