This was one piece that I didn't hound PCS relentlessly. Note, I never paid for shipping. Suddenly I get a UPS package notification and see the sender is Sideshow. Strange, because I don't currently have any Sideshow pieces on order. No signature required, so UPS leaves it at the door. What do you know... a Pink Cammy Ultra. Also makes me wonder how honest PCS was with Sideshow when they made their deal. Why would Sideshow send me a PCS statue that was cancelled in January, without me ever paying for shipping??? I hope Sideshow is able to save PCS from the Tree Of Woe, but things may be a lot worse than Sideshow ever imagined.
Has anyone else been sent a PCS statue from Sideshow that they cancelled with PCS and requested a refund?

Hardly free shipping when a few month ago this statue could be had on Ebay for $200 when PCS had a fire sale. Seems like they owe you a few hundred bucks.

hmmm....better story would be if you received the statue after you received a refund without paying for shipping.

No refund. But I will likely have better luck asking Sideshow for a refund or at least credit. Obviously PCS had no intention of issuing a refund.

I don't see PCS playing any significant role in the statue game a year from now (if they even survive all of this).
Rest in piece, PCS. It was a great ride while it lasted.

@goto
Unfortunately, Sideshow are not offering refund via PayPal.
You can ask refund by check instead of Sideshow Credit.

Will you keep the statue they sent you if they issue you a refund?

FWIW, followed up with them today (I requested a store credit on 8/7, ~4 weeks ago) and they said they expect the refund process to begin in 1-2 weeks. We'll see.
I think this undertaking was far more massive than anticipated.

My understanding is Sideshow will not refund until PCS issues them the cash to refund. So this probably will not happen since PCS is broke.

Anyone notice their social media warrior is a no show in answering any of your concerns? I wonder if they paid him in cash? Or just being a fanboy?

Probably for cash refunds. I think there's zero chance of those getting issued in the next 1-2 weeks.
