Yes they did, I think back in January. Haven't heard them announce anything new in forever.

What scale might it be?
Iron typically does 1/10. I forget offhand what scale the Prime 1 and CC rotunda statues were.

Prime 1's is 1/8 and CC's is/was 1/9.

Iron Studios teased their rotunda a while back.
You’ll maybe notice they released the Velociraptor in the pose shown below so it can’t be far away. Probably something close to the sick triceratops release.

If its in the same scale as the attacking raptor it will be huge like their main road attack diorama.
