Thumbs up Hot Toys - Alien - Ripley and Power Loader!!

Just spotted these pics at SDCC 2014 in their HT Booth. Ripley looks 1000x better than their previous effort years ago don't you think? Can't wait to snag these two...and hopefully some marines down the road!

Definitely want to get Ripley! On another note why the 'No photography' sign? Why would you take and display Ripley at SDCC and not expect people to take photos?

Just to make sure that everyone takes photos and posts them. A little free advertising, can't blame them for that.

Most companies post the no photos sign as disclaimer that the product is still pending licensor approval. So these might still be early prototypes and manufacturers do not want people posting this photos to misrepresent the product.

Given Sigourney's previous reluctance to allow her likeness, I'm surprised this actually happening.

The base is the same exact one they used for the Alien.
There are parts of an imperial walkers legs in the corners by the way. Hopefully a better base will be made, since this one is based on just hodge podge parts and nothing from the Nostromo itself.
