why would you want to see the same comic covers over and over, better to see some other images used.

What The?!? Two Elektra's and two lame @ss Spiderwomen??!!? This is really disappointing to me. All I can figure is that they think they need to spread the love by having a couple of females in there. I do like the inclusion of Sliver Age covers, including Xmen #1.

Hmmm... if they absolutely HAVE to use Wolverine, at least they went with C*ockrum's version, but to pair that with Silver Age x-Men #1? Better to have used Giant-Size X-Men #1. Or just gone with the Silver Age team - would it hurt that much?
I know they want to be inclusive of heroines with SW and Elektra, but they really don't fit with the rest of these.
And i would like to Dr. Strange included.

STUPID!
I think the covers are wrong for FF, Spiderwoman, Wolverine, and Iron Man.
All in all, DC's are better. But I'm gonna have both!

Wow, I completely disagree about the FF, Spider-Woman and Iron Man covers. These are famous, iconic images of these characters. And the Wolverine image is from Giant-Size X-Men #1, isn't it? Isn't that a famous cover?
I love the choice of images but I'd like to see a DD image as well, not one where he shares the stamp with Elektra. I mean, she's got two stamps and DD has none? That makes no sense.

Man, you have to admit that Wolverine is a top 5 marvel character. They've made tons more money off him than daredevil and thor combined.

In all fairness...every character on the sheet has 2 stamps.
The top 2 rows are closeups.
The bottom 2 are of covers.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

What, no Sasquatch or Vision! How dare they.
But seriously, I like them better than DC's.

Hmmm...good point. Well, then, I'd have put in DD and taken out Spider-Woman. She may be more popular now, thanks to New Avengers, but that's what I'd have done. Sorry, Marvelboi. I'd also have included a more compelling Wolverine image, to b_c's point. I like C*ockrum's work but there just are better images out there. But I'd have kept the Kirby X-Men #1 image.

This is very much a reflectionof Marvel's movie plans. Either the character(s) has already had a movie or is going to be in one soon. I don't understand Spider-Woman either, though the thought might have been they wanted some more female heroes.
Hopefully this does well and we will see more of our favorites in the future. I like this sheet, might have to pick me up some. I think it bodes well for these that they think Elektra and Spider-Woman will help sell these stamps. The safe bet would have been to go with Marvel's biggest names only.

I'd also have put the more famous Amazing Fantasy #15 cover rather than Spider-Man #1 with the Fantastic Four. But, maybe, there's more bang for the buck having multiple heroes in one image.
