Ugh... I want the Sculpt Cape, but apparently I waited too long

Not sure if I should wait for my Waitlist to convert or just order the Fab Cape...

I really hope so. The more I read about the damages, the more nervous I get.

This is my first big statue, too. I'm thinking of canceling.. but I don't know.

I also have Hush: Poison Ivy pre-ordered too. Her base will likely be a nightmare for breakages, no? So many things going on with small, delicate tips. Ugh. It's stressing me out.

I just got mine last week and opened it over the weekend.

It's pretty badly damaged. Her hair is broken in about 4 areas, the ears of her mask is completely broken and it look like coffee stains all over her cape (fabric) because it seems they put it in the packaging with wet paint (?). Also one of her arms does not fit properly into the figure and leaves an obvious gap.

I've reached out to Sideshow and they just went from a 3 business day response to 7 business days...which I can understand from the holidays soon but, still feeling anxious.

I'm a little disappointed about the mini cross bow too, as I do not want a credit but, the crossbow itself.

Even if it arrives flawlessly, if you ever had to reship for moving or selling, it could break then.

I'm glad I ended up passing on this one, the last thing I need is having to deal with a broken statue...

I’m thinking this is certainly one statue that you should never try to sell as you don’t want it breaking during transit to a buyer.

Man, this is irritating. Catwoman gave me cold sweats after the first one arrived with that broken foot and i was worried all the way till i opened the second one. Luckily, the second one showed up without a problem. Now, this huntress statue sounds like its having similar problems but so far my statue arrived without a problem even though the box looked like a gorilla played with it. Now im afraid to pack her back up because i know at some point i will be buying a new house and have to move.....blah

I just got my waitlist converted for the sculpt cape version on SideShow. I went ahead and paid the deposit and put it on payment plan. Should I be worried about damages and a missing crossbow? My final payment is the first week of January and I don’t want to wait 2 months and it’s too late for replacement parts.
