Borrow money from a pessimist, they don't expect it back.

I just ordered whisper. I can't believe I almost missed this!?? Why isn't everyone raving about this piece. It's breath-taking!

Perhaps it's the really boring paint and colour scheme on the regular version.
There is a exclusive out there with an aweome shiny red dress.
The normal version isn't half as good.
So a total miss for me.
On the other side: The exclusive is a total buy. But it was sold out in 3 minutes...

I think it's just because it has been two years and everyone forgot about these pieces.

I won't buy out of principle alone. The way the GG has mishandled this project deserves no reward what so ever. If the 600 ES is real, then my stance won't mean a damn thing (I realise this) but these jokers have to realise that this isn't going to rank highly in the consumer satisfaction ratings.

Still, to those diehards who have held in there, I genuinely wish you all the best and hope these statues were worth the wait.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Well, that's a 'bit' harsh. Sure, I'd like the EX, but regular is still great. Well, we shall see soon enough what the pproduction piece looks like. I'm pretty sure that GG understands that if the won't deliver it with Whisper, the whole line is doomed.

Actually, the exclusive took the better part of a day to sell out. The price point scared off most. Though, ironically, it now seems to be the average price for a piece of this scale.

I've been looking forward to Whisper for years. It speaks to the original's quality - amazing paints and sculpt - that my enthusiasm hasn't waned. If GG can nail their production pieces as they have many times before, I won't give the delays a second thought. Just my personal stance.

Compared to my experience with SS CotD where I had to go through 4 returns/replacements. Effectively killing my enthusiasm for the line. Production quality makes a huge difference with delays.

Really good post, dude. Quality sells for me...I don't give a damn how long it takes.

I am considering picking up Whisper and possibly Lucky from the line.
