Where did this image come from?
Good seeing the pair side by side. Guessing that's the green screen CPS use.

1) Akuma & Ryu were designed to be bookends. As such, the poses were done to fit that criteria.
2) Jerry could chime in best here, but I don't think it would have been feasible to have two different sculpts for Kitana & Mileena.

We could have done new sculpts but then they would have sold for $1200 each.
We tried different arm positions but it felt forced to me. I think they look best in the same position.
I love the bases or they wouldnt be used...and Im going to trust my eye for what looks good over anyone elses.
My being the single vision for everything that comes out of PCS is really what separates us from everyone else.
Not everyone will like what I like, but at least its not corporate homogeneity that you get from many other companies.

what an asinine thing to say. Obviously you have never seen a 2 year old paint. One more idiotic comment like that and you can just go on Facebook. We don't need crap comments like that. First and last warning.

These 2 pieces together looks phenomenal. From the statues to the bases. Very different and unique. I love them. No MK fan should go without either of them!

I know there's reasons for using the same stance(cost reduction) but I'm just stating they would look so much more epic together imo with different poses.

I always thought a sandy base would have been much more suited to Kitana, and a grassy, weedy base for Mileena

I like Kitana as a character more. But I like Mileena statue more. Got to decide who to get.
