Even just The Riddlers hand and cane rising out of the mist/fog would do, surely that can be an easy addition to this piece.
Got to have the Riddler in there, it's like doing a Spiderman version and not including Doctor Octopus.

I’m a huge Riddler fan but realize you just can’t have everyone. I can certainly live with what we got. 11 rogues is a lot! Ideally I’d sacrifice either Poison Ivy or Harley Quinn for Riddler and Bane for Killer Croc. That said no Riddler or Croc doesn’t do anything to temper my excitement for this piece.

So I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on this but is this piece really only 150 pieces worldwide?
Or is that just what's available to PO at the con?

I believe someone said on XM Facebook that it would be MTO with a cap of 1200. The 150 mentioned was just PO's for the con.

If you read this article:

It shows that all their other licenses will be capped at 999 or less, but the 1/6 DC (rebirth) will be allowed to go up to 1200.
