Little teaser from Lady Mechanika.

It's going to be big

The details are incredible

I spent hours preparing for the print.
Since I print these parts hollow, i have to make sure that everything is properly supported.
And i have to be careful that there are no places where liquid resin remains. Like these three pockets.
That's why I made two holes on the bottom of each pocket so that the resin can drain.
If the resin stays in such pockets, it develops gas and at some point it explodes with a loud bang.

I probably didn't put enough supporters on the head because part of the hair wasn't printed.
I then set the missing supporters and printed the head again.
With the same result ??? I just lack some experience.
I have now sculpted the missing hair. Everything still looks a bit raw, but that's fine until it's finished

Oh ys, I have enough projects.

Because I still had resin left, I printed the lady from the Gryphon Keeper. She is 32 cm high. Good 1/6 scale

Artist: KutonSculps

The sulpt is based on the artwork of Boris Vallejo

I love the artworks by Boris Vallejo and Frank Frazetta. I hope there will be more 3D implementations from the great masters over time.

That will take some time. Unfortunately, setting the supporter at the griffin is not that easy.

Although I thought I did everything right, a bag has now torn.
I can fix it easily but I didn't think it would happen.
