Ultimately its your business decision but why leave the guessing game till the last minute? Same goes for announcing the release of Thor & Athena with a a one day notice? I think you are the only company that ever release a preorder in such short notice! Your site also did not have Canadian shipping quote on the International shipping section. It looks like I'm ranting for not having the money to purchase this but IMHO, if you had posted the price at least last week, this would had been an easy purchase for me.

We could not calculate the cost of Thor untill we had it painted and calculated how difficult and time consuming it would be!

You guys have to stop comparing ARH to other companies!

Basically ARH IS ME!!! It's only me to do EVERYTHING around here. I can do only so much!!!

I know ARH is you and I wasn't comparing u to SSC. What I'm disappointed was that IMO you could had delayed it a week after you finalize the cost! Why not announce it a week after? Personally a 1 day notice is not enough.

Whatever the case is, I still like the stuff u put out and will buy it when it comes out.

Sorry man! I try my hardest to make the best I can.

I know sometimes it's not enough! Now with Averone and Elciclei on board, I believe things will get even better in time. Soon we will give our customers a VIP customer service just like the other major companies.
