Since he has a shield as well. I would go with an FNH P90. It fires a 5.7x28 round which is essentially a .556 short. The P90 is light and can be shot one handed while still having his shield on his left arm. It also has a 50 round magazine for less reloading.

That definitely has the "cool looking" factor. I know I'd love to have one for myself. I think it needs to be longer though since it'll be behind his back. For his side arm maybe a Desert Eagle ?

You could always go with an IWI Tavor for his rifle as well. Same principal as the P90. Just a tad heavier and 30 rounds instead of 50. Not sure how well you could one hand it....but he is Cap after all. He's a lot stronger than your average human.

Ah, the Tavor. I have that mod on Fallout 4. If I can find a 1/4 scale Tavor, I'll definitely get it. I'm sure I'd have to add a suppressor, but it's got the cool factor. Would definitely look good with Cap.

I'd give a modern Cap a M4 carbine (a shorter, lighter M16). In terms of firearms, nothing says US military more and is as iconic.

For a WW2 cap, it has to be a Thompson M1928 sub-machine gun with the straight box magazine (as opposed to circular drum magazine typically used by civilians of the era).

Yes, I will agree the M4 isn't the best one-handed choice, but its Captain America!

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Yep, .45 1911 for the pistol ( the hell was was I thinking?) as far as the rifle goes, it looks like I’ll have to settle for what I can find, right now that’s an AR 15.

So just got one of these in. Zigana PX-9. Never owned a Turkish gun before. It's not bad. It's not a Glock or a Sig Sauer but it gets the job done. Overall it was worth what I paid.

Nice piece. With the current ammo crisis in the midwest, had to drive to a small town a ways and stock up. Even there was pretty bare.

I have a feeling it will get worse before it gets better. I've put some of my statue budget into ammo, I go to gun shows here and there, they seem to have some usually. Don't know how long that will last though.
