Whie I rarely tend to go for multiple character commissions, or two characters from different companies (strictly personal preference here), I do like how the birds serve to connect the two characters; utilizing white space then transitioning into the dark. It's a nice, subtle touch that works really well withing this peice and makes it work.

actually his work is colored pencils not inks its hard to tell it looks a lot like inks.
