How much of dvd cost is Royalties?

I bought a western collection of DVDs for my dad for Christmas. 100 movies and 24 DVDs for $14.99. Makes me wonder how much of a $19.99 single DVD is paying for royalties as I am sure there is minimal, if any, royalties paid to any of the stars or stars families in the western collection.

I guess that depends on the contracts the actors agreed to for the movie. Sometimes actors don't get any cut of the merchandise and just get a one off payment. Other times they get money entirely based on profit for the movie and merch.
