Not a great shot but here's an actual picture of mine. This is one of my favorite giclees even though it's not a canvas. One of my biggest regrets is not getting the canvas on this one. Only 25 were ever made. I was offered one but already having the paper version I passed. Superhero has one of the canvases. NBR3 has one of these on paper. It's really one of my favorite Ross Images. I've recently been downsizing my giclee collection a bit and even though I've sold a few of my canvases I can't see parting with this one.

Here's a picture of mine. I agree Descent isn't as good as Knight over Gotham but they make excellent companion pieces. I would like to get the Knight over Gotham canvas and I had people actively making inquiries for me, but I don't think I can afford it.

i was offered one of these for a lot less than that. passed. i can't stomach Ross and the overhead was little too big for me to flip effeciently. otherwise i would've bought it.

if someone is seriously interested, i'll see if it's still available.

The canvas version of this piece now demands the kind of dollars that could actually get you an ORIGINAL Alex Ross cover (though not of Batman, of course). You all realize the original art for "Knight Over Gotham" was purchased at auction for over $60K, then was "flipped" for over $100K, right?

And Car50n, if you were offered a FRAMED Descent CANVAS for under $600, I would LOVE to know about it as that is plenty of margin for me to make a profit. That would be right about what I pay for them WHOLESALE...the retail on this is $850 UNFRAMED...framing adds $100-$150 to the price in my gallery (much more in other galleries). PM me!
