The Warner Brothers stores did the "odd cut" with the matting to cover up the Dynamic Forces logo on the bottom right. I guess they didn't want to promote the fact that another company published the piece at the time. The WB stores bought this whole edition from DF and simply framed them to sell them in their stores.
The exchange rate with England fluctuates, but on average it seems to hover around 1.7 dollars/1 pound (almost double). Then there is shipping back to the states to consider.
Remember also that this is the WB edition, and is likely worth MORE than subsequent DF editions, as this version came framed AND signed by John Romita Sr, John Romita Jr, and Jose Villarubia (colorist). The DF versions were different...often they would just have one of the artists sign to save themselves some money.
