From the sounds of it, I'm not sure I would buy anything PCS related, It's going on 2 years since the Juri Pre-order and nobody knows what's going on, I hear refunds are pretty much impossible to get now... I'd try and get your money back, hopefully you used Paypal or something that can force a refund.

hi everyone, i'm new here, i preordered juri black ex with the accessory.
First time i ordered by PCS and now Sideshow collectibles (port), i hope the process/shipping to my country will be without surprises :C
i have the possibility to send the figure to Canada (family), i have to evaluate the taxes/time/prices about this or send it directly to Chile :P

Well just a few weeks away from the 2 year mark and still no updates.... ((( sigh )))
I've already sold all my other 1/4 Street Fighter statues... wish I could cancel it for a refund since I paid in full but I guess the Black Outfit EX might help me break even on Ebay..

Yeah that is why I hate prepaying.
Now I am all paid up on the payment plan so I still feel the same.
I wonder with the change of hands, how this all will affect all the people that used to go crazy to get an "AP" of their statue on pre-order. Will this still happen?

That's a valid query as is does/will PCS have the sales at this point to warrant production.
If their new stuff is selling enough to warrant continually making POs then they should just cancel these older pieces and provide refunds.
