For the base construct, what type of gun is that (type, model...etc)? Anyone have a clue? Looked up AA guns and mounted machine guns, but not finding it.

I don't think the construct is based on a real life AA model but this is the closet real world likeness I could find.

If its an AA gun then a bullet chain doesn’t make sense...

not that I know anything about statue making but if you do look at the pointed mask it does look like it could be an easy enough fix. Hopefully Chad will bring this up in his next video (surprised it was not mentioned in the last video since it was post Comic Con and it seems that this was one of the hot topics when people were discussing this statue)

I agree, but people like the idea and it was something Chad seemed excited about so I can roll with the ammo chain if it looks cool.

I wouldn’t mind an ammo chain either. The SS Mystique PF has two revolvers with suppressors on them.
