Unless those stores are able to order via Previews or through AspenStore or someone other means, I don't expect they would carry it.

Though apparently BigBadToyStore does have it listed on their site, however the price is FAR above what Aspen and Previews will be asking. Our Price: $424.99 (increase of $125.00)

I'd recommend trying to go through Aspen or a LCBS.

Yeah, I just saw that price tag at BBTS. If there is any way I can get it cheaper, I am going that route.
