I usually temper my tongue, but this is an absolute waste of resources. and quite frankly stupid.

As far as I can tell from the website for the Death's Siren tank, you get a custom made small 10 gallon tank, and the pedestal. That is it. Yes, all the Death's Siren detail items are pretty cool, but as for an aquarium of that small size, and lack of actual equipment (pumps, heater, filtration, sumps, etc, etc) that is required for a fully functional aquarium, the price is pretty crazy at $10K.

Not sure why they would go through all the engineering of those decorative pieces, and then limit the number to less than 10 total.

It's a fully functioning 10 gallon aquarium. The pump and filtration system are enclosed within the stand and are accessed behind the panel that has their company logo. It states all of that within the description. Also, it has LEDs to light up the Siren from all angles. Overall, I like that it's designed to rarely have to open.

And you don't need a heater for a non-salt water aquarium, non tropical fish are fine in cooler waters. #marinebiologisthere

I'm not saying that 10K isn't a ton of money, but they thought of everything with this design. It's smart and unique. If I had disposal income, it would be something to consider.

Again, this falls under the category of just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

It is not the design, or the effort that is the problem. It is the cost. Had it been reasonably priced this would have been in multiple homes, including mine.

Hhmmm...$10,000 for an aquarium for 1 statue or $10,000 worth of statues...hmmmm. Tough decision...
