That reminds me. I must have another shot at Vertical Limit. Had two and both had the same fault, they froze half way through the movie.
Top picture and sound though. Just need to get one that makes it to the end credits no problem.

Don`t think theres been to much going on in the BD world of late. Only found out today that Troy: Director's Cut will be released on Sep 18, whether or not thats news. I`m also glad to see that Underworld: Special Extended Edition has been confirmed as having a release date of Sep 24 after it was withdrawn from its original date. I think the biggest news lately is the Spiderman Trilogy hitting BD in October.
Also Close Encounters of the Third Kind is released Nov 13 and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End on Dec 04.

They could do with breathing a little fire into BD IMO. Theres not enough releases and certainly not enough new titles being released.

I expect alot of P/Disney stuff between now and Christmas for sure. I'd like to see some of David Finchers films start making it onto the BD format soon. Oh and the four Alien movies would be nice too. Hopefully Fox will start to get their act together.
