Slimer has arrived and the word big just doesn't quite cut it!
I'll post some pics and my thoughts on it later when I've set him up properly

Ok got him all unpacked and set up! first impressions are its big! VERY big! The box it came in was 1.2m x 1.2m x 80cm. Now for some reason I thought the arms came separate but there actually all part of the statue hence the big box, but the bonus is no ugly seams. I also thought he'd be pretty light (despite the size) nope he's a heavy beast! one of the heaviest pieces I own in fact. Once all set up this statue more than any I've owned just puts a huge smile on your face the presence it has is huge! Finish wise I'm more than happy, the body has different shades of green instead of just one flat colour and the mouth is excellent especially the teeth which look very realistic. It was those I was most worried about as there are so prominent and a bad paint job on those would've ruined the statue. The eyes are decals but are very well done, would've loved to have seen acrylic eyes used but these are definitely good enough. Overall build quality is very good, you can see right inside his mouth and there's a lot of metal internal bracing going on. Overall I'm more than happy and hcg have done an excellent job

Just a few quick pics (sorry but phone camera ) took one with some other pieces in the shot to try and show its size but honestly, this piece more than any, the photos really do not do it justice!

cheers, the ghost trap I bought off some guy on the rpf and the proton pack was from someone who had built it from scratch. you can buy the shell and all the parts and make one, which I was going to do, but I knew realistically I'd never get round to it so just bought one that had already been done. The only proton packs available are fan made ones though as it's never been produced by any company.

Here's a piece that got lost in the preorders and called HCG to get a refund. Luckily Colin at HCG located this one for me, quite a while after it was released. Many thanks Colin. Shocked at the size, it's like one of those fiberglass figures you see outside at amusement parks, great job by HCG.

Thanks D. was shocked by the size too! Fitting him in my Toyota, had to cancel that. Beautiful piece, couldn't stop looking at him.

I love mine as well. It's the first thing people comment when they (used to ) come over. They did a great job on these. I think the price was VERY reasonable. Even the foam neca one is selling for $1k now.

Had to fit mine in the passenger seat of my car to get it home. I had blankets over it so there wouldn't be any paint rubs, otherwise I would have been getting some funny looks.
