I like the uniqueness of the individual members and they counter the FF powers well. Would make for a nice set of MBs but I doubt they have the popluarity to warrent it.

I agree. These young bloods today know nothing of the Salem's Seven! They'd never get busted.

Marvel did some annuals that were not called annual in the late 90's. I liked the Pacheco art on Avengers/Squadron Supreme. There was also a Thor/Hulk annual (one shot) that was pretty good.....

Wasn't the classic mongul tale "For the Man who has Everything" an annual?

You've mentioned most of the better older ones, but recently, the Ultimate annuals have been pretty good. And in the case of Spider-man necessary to the story.

Not many, but mostly in the FF issues pencilled by George Perez. I was unaware of them until the original Handbooks of the Marvel Universe came out. They looked so cool, I had to track down the original issues.

The Seven have made a number of modern appearances according to wikipedia. They were dead for a while, but who has that ever stopped...

(from FF Annual 14)

ANY Marvel Annuals from the '60's are always good reads fer me... a few might be a bit cheesy by today's standards, but boy, do they bring back some fond memories...

I believe you're talking about the same book, but I don't remember the number for certain. Very cool!
