this is about as much "anime" as i can stand, but there's something so angelic about this take on her. it is really pretty.
my only tiny objection is that both Emma Frost & the mysterious "goddess" look EXACTLY LIKE THIS but for the hair, in the new issues of uncanny. maybe choi's a little one-trick w/ pretty ladyfaces.

There's not that many characters I want multiples of, unless they are one I really like, or it is a completely different outfit/version of them.

man im so glad i picked up cbs busts. love those things. i only buy the characters i like so when i run out of what stuff i like (sculpt etc) then i get multiples, particularly jean.

is this a kit? i'm scared to try to make anything--not only of frakking it up but of going way overboard w/ a new expensive hobby the way i already have w/ these dang statues. so i'm sort of hoping bowen does one, though i know there're other fish in the sea.

Am I the only one that finds it ironic that in the current Uncanny Storyline San Fran's all hippy 60's and what not, and the X-Men started in the 60's?

CB is pretty reasonable on kit prices, and if you ask around some of us can recommend good painters as well, for reasonable rates. It's fun getting to design one that no one else will have.

I really like my NXM busts. The Dust J. did for me really stands out in my collection. Heck, most all of them do.
My X-Men case is getting pretty crowded. I'm going to have to figure out what to do with them. And at the rate Jesse has stuff planned my DC area will be expanding as well.
