Vega blade replacements?

I recently discovered that my PCS Vega blades started to lean out of position which shocked me as I don't live in a hot climate or leave it displayed where little fingers can get to it. As I went to move them back in to position one disintegrated in front of me and the other fell off. With a lot of effort I managed to put them back together again but as you can see they still look fragile.

My question to my fellow collectors has this happened to your Vega and what have you done, have you repaired them or replaced them with something else?

I personally would love them replaced with metal like blades like what Sideshow has done with the Wolverine premium format. I wonder how much it would cost to get a replacement hand or blade sculpt commissioned?

Or what I can use to replace them with ?

As I never bought it new and bought it a while back the blades might have been repaired by the previous owner. You see when i tried to the glue the right one it broke again for no reason. But then if you look at the pictures the blades are not same thickness

But then again they still look cheap and nasty

Commission is the way to go...I wouldn't mind getting an alternative for my vega.

Mine are fine and I had them from the start. No issues here at all. No leaning problem and the claws are fine. Hope it stays this way.

I have three Vegas and I would totally spend the money on replacement blades for all of them, especially if they were chrome like Wolverine PF.
