Ask Gentle Giant

I just want to know if the Honey Trap Lucky statues were packaged with the charm. I think it's supposed to be a 5.56mm round after asking around here. I received mine from BBTS and it's missing the round. On the back of the box it says it includes the charm and dogtags but from what i understand the dogtags are purposely omitted from this release. So that just leaves the charm missing.

I tried contacting GG via their website a few days ago but still no reply. I figured maybe I can get an official reply by posting here on this thread.

Based on own personal experience, Gentle Giant while being slow, do reply to emails. They appear to take about 1 week.

So far no reply.

I think Gentle Giant are going through a phase of sorts. Their Black Friday offer - Death Trooper Specialist, is far from impressive.

I also asked them about payment and other Pre Order conditions. No reply after one month. Really interested in the Gul'dan Statue but this customer threatment is really awful...

Hi Statue Forum gang,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Daniel and I'm the new marketing manger for Gentle Giant LTD. Some of you may know me from my years running ActionFigureInsider.com or from other forms and such. I've been around the industry for 15+ years.
I know this thread has gone cold since Chris left, but I'm here now and I'll be checking in to see what questions you might have for Gentle Giant and what other concerns you might have.

At one point, Long ago, there were plans for Marvel Lifesize figures and props...what happened? Did the merge snuff it out? Thanks.

There was talk & hope of a lifesize Hulk Bust.

There aren't any current plans for life-size Marvel figures right now, but it's something we still could explore. As for life-size Marvel props, also no plans at this time as that seems to be a bit of a crowded field right now.
