The only company that did a statue of Jean Grey in this costume was Bowen Designs. Like other Jean Grey statues, for some reason it goes for alot on Ebay.

You could grab the Art Germ Hardcover portfolio. It's way more expensive than the DC version but you do get 12 prints and its a Hardcover portfolio. It's Amazon so there will be a time the price drops further. But it has that Jean Grey art as part of the collection.
