Is it just me, or are the strands of his hair thinner and more intricate than the ones on Conan's? Why does the larger statue have less detailed hair?

I think they have captured the face but the head should be more elongated, the forhead should be bigger And I don't know why they slightly tilt his head to the left. This is a roman general, strength and honor, he would no tilt his head no matter what. That's my opinion.
