At times it certainly feels that way. But they have been in business way longer than some of the other companies and they will continue to be in business while holding people's money in perpetuity.

So realistically they may not go out of business. But there is holding off $900 till product delivery from a number of customers and then there is holding off $2500 from another group of customers.

I understand that's the nature of this business and pre-orders, but when one doesn't seem to care about their reputation it's hard not to feel about the worst outcome.

Oof, we're about 3 years on from the PO, and was supposed to be delivered in 2023...

Zero comms from them for a long time. Yea, not good at all. Did they show up at the Monsterpalooza?

Their English website has no updates since Dec 2023.

Their Japanese website surprisingly has two updates from Jan 2025 on other products, but nothing on Robocop.
