those prices are just ridiculous. An average page shouldn't cost more than 150 max. If it's a splash page or cover you could ask for more.
I've got some really nices pages from Jae Lee/Sienkiewicz/Texiera/Raney/Hitch and others which were all under $150.

i don't remember the exact amount i paid for these pages, but it was around the 200 range, definately less than 300.

Terry's prices are a bit higher than average but they arn't usually too bad. The Black Cat cover and pages are probably high because of the huge demand but the rest of his pages are generally fair. I got these Spider-man pages at a pretty reasonable price.

I will see three artists next month that have worked with Terry in the past. They might know how to contact him or a rep. If in a hurry, I could ask one of them by email, since I should contact him anyway about a commission he's (not Terry) working on.
