BTAS

A few years ago Sideshow came out with some 1/5 statues based on the BTAS and Justice League animated characters. They weren't exactly the same likeness as the characters on the show, and that was one of the reasons the line didn't sell that well.
With Kevin Conroy's passing, I am hoping that Sideshow will give the line another chance but this time having the likeness identical with the show.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Friday was a very sad day with Kevin Conroy passing. The BTAS was a huge part of my childhood. And while I always like X-men more, the BTAS was a close 2nd.

I just bought my first Batman collectible, an BTAS art print. Never thought I would collect anything DC, so yeah there is a market out there right now for all the fans.

I was gutted by Kevin's passing. I was fortunate enough to talk to him multiple times and he was always so kind to his fans. Iron Studios does have some 1:10 BTAS statues coming out.

Tact is less of an obstacle these days with releasing merchandise after a passing. BTAS is hitting peak nostalgia, regardless.

It's curious how consumers can get so awkward over the topic of mortality, as if the material world is all that was. Sure, it's gutting to deal with the real and inevitable when all that gives you structure is your shelf of toys and DVDs.

It's a small 8 by 10 print signed, nothing fancy.

There is a water mark from the owner on the bottom left I took out.
