Unfortunate really. Especially when you look up to these artists in a way. It's almost as if they feel that you should be indebted to them for their consideration. Two things I don't like in an artist. When they are totally stuck up their own behind, and when they disregard the direction you give them for the piece. In my eyes, a commission is just that. A commission. You pay money for a customised piece of art. It should be exactly what you want in the end.

All I know if I had the best job in the world and a legion of fans, I would ensure that their experience with me was anything but awesome.
